• DOORS AND STAIRS: Solid wood, trim in matching color.
• ROOF: 15 cm mineral wool, 2 breathable membranes, gutters, metal roof in chosen color.
• WINDOWS: REHAU in chosen color.
• FLOOR: 3 cm polystyrene + 2.2 cm wooden floor.
• BATHROOM: Tiles and sanitary ware up to EUR 1,000.00.
